The DNC 600S numerical control with 2D graphic display is specifically designed for sheet metal working. Depending on the software installed, it can be used for synchronized or non-synchronized press-brakes, of up-stroking or down-stroking type (see list of versions below).
The standard version of the DNC 600S numerical control can control up to 4 axes, of which two are synchronized hydraulic axes, specifically designed for press-brakes.

The large monochrome screen and the simplified keyboard with large keys make the DNC easy to program, even with gloves on.

The software lets the machine manufacturer configure axes, inputs/outputs, and auxiliary functions according to his needs.

Developped on a single board with SMD, ASIC and multiprocessors, this DNC gives the operator the performance and reliability he always wanted.

The DNC 600S' FLASH memory lets you upgrade the software anytime via serial link.

An internal backup lets the operator restore manufacturer settings onto the press-brake at any time. This grants the press-brake owner a higher level of confidence.

An auxiliary subpanel lets the manufacturer integrate the main pushbuttons and switches of the machine with the programming unit for more comfort and efficiency.

Up to 11 languages are available for this DNC 600S.

All DNC 600S come with CYBACK:
CYBACK is a CYBELEC backup / restore program for your machine parameters, tools and parts. CYBACK lets you save your data on PC via RS232 and increase the number of programmed parts to infinity. It runs under Windows.

All DNC 600S PS, PC and P come now with PC 1200 2D.
This program allows you to prepare your programs, calculate offers, check feasability of the parts in your office on a PC. No time wasted on the machine.

• DNC 600S PS, PSS:Numerical control for synchronized press-brakes. Configurable from version PS or later, the version PSS is designed for single cylinder presses.
  Standard configuration: Y1-Y2, X-R. Max. 2 motor axes.
  As standard, the DNC 600S manages hydraulic or mechanical crowning system and pressure proportional valve, calculates the bend allowance, and offers a simple page to program a part in seconds. This control integrates all functions to comply with the EC safety rules.
• DNC 600S PC:Like DNC 600S PS, but for press-brakes with mechanical (or hydraulic) stops and beam control by means of a linear encoder. Max. 3 motor axes. Standard configuration: Y0-Y, X-R.
  The beam management with the linear encoder makes it possible to change automatically the TDC (top dead center), PP (pinch point) in each sequence, without adjustment of switches.
• DNC 600S P:Like DNC 600S PC, but without beam control by means of a linear encoder.
  Standard configuration: Y, X-R (Max. 3 motor axes).
