Precision spindle bearings ABEC-9 are able to withstand high loads with minimal deflections. Completely digital CNC control systems from world-scale manufacturers Siemens and Fanuc are most reliable and add to the high-speed performance.
Fryer machines undergo more rigorous testing than any other machines produced in the United States. The total test run time is 200 hours. All temperature and other measurements are recorded also during the night-time work. There are more than 89 different mechanical inspections. Laser calibration of all axes is performed by Renishaw laser and there is electronic balancing of rotating components. Precision granite surface plates, indicators, and other measurement systems are calibrated and attested annually. A full cooling system check is carried out on a regular basis. Process upgrades are customary. Each bolt is tightened in accordance with its specification and marked. The compulsory test sample processing and measurements are recorded in the test report.
