Конструктивные особенности

  • Structure robustness and high stability of all components of this machining center allow the TK 428 model to be used not only to perform machining operations on light alloys and similar materials but also on materials that require higher performances (i.e. steel, iron, etc.). The peculiarities of the machine assure an excellent superficial finishing and a better machining accuracy.
  • This machining center is designed for drilling and conventional milling processes and also for copy-milling operations on aluminum extruded profiles and other materials, including steel profiles up to 10 mm thick, steel reinforced PVC, and various other plastics.
  • Standard versions are available in 3 machining lengths: 3500, 6500 and 8000 mm. Upon request the machining centre can be manufactured in different lengths in order to meet the special needs of each customer.
  • Special fabricated and welded steel bed frame with linear recirculating ball slideways on X axis. Double precision rack and pinion axis motion driven by brushless motors with a rapid-traverse rate of 80 meters per minute.
  • Bridge type gantry assembly with cast structural beams that include finish machined, "Y" and "Z" axis linear guides and recirculating ball screws. Motion driven by brushless motors with a rapid-traverse rate of 30 meters per minute in Y and 30 meters per minute in Z.
  • Mist coolant system utilizing "micro-drop" technology.
  • Twin - machine divided into two areas for lengths 6500/8000. While the unit is machining on one side, the operator can safely load/unload the second work area thus reducing set up time increasing productivity.
  • Electric-spindle which is equipped with an automatic tool change system with an electric cooling fan.
  • Console with LCD monitor, keyboard and mouse.
  • Ports USB, Lan.
  • Side protections with transparent screen.

Стандартная комплектация

  • Linear slideways with recirculating balls: thanks to these slide-ways, machine’s components can smoothly slide along the machining axis. The ability to withstand mechanical stress while simultaneously maintaining a low coefficient of friction and a high sliding capacity enables these linear slide-ways to improve the performance of the machining centre.
  • Fixed tool magazine that can hold up to 9 tools. It is possible to insert an additional tool magazine or to provide this model with a removable enclosure that protects tools from chips and dusts formed during the machining process (optional), according to the customer’s needs.
  • Pneumatic clamping system for the clamping of traditional profiles. The longitudinal and transversal positioning is achieved through manual adjustments.
