Конструктивные особенности

  • 3-axis CNC vertical machining center.
  • Specifically designed to manufacture sectional panels, this model is equipped with a clamping system that can be rapidly adjusted to the width of the loaded panel, in order to fix panels with different widths without modifying the tooling-up of the machine. It features a fixed bar and a mobile bar that shifts along the Y axis and performs the clamping operation through pneumatic pistons.
  • This machining center is designed for drilling and conventional milling processes and also for copy-milling operations on aluminum and steel sectional panels, for industrial heavy doors and garage doors and for sandwich panels with polyurethane foam cores for walls and coatings, etc.
  • Standard version is available in 1 machining lengths: 6600 mm. Upon request the machining center can be manufactured in different lengths in order to meet the special needs of each customer.
  • In order to simplify the machining process, TEKNA has developed a software for the manufacturing of industrial and sectional doors that is able to automatically create programs.
  • Special fabricated and weined steel bed frame with finish machinend, linear recirculating ball slideways on X axis. Double precision rack and pinion axis motion driven by brushless motors with a rapid-traverse rate of 70 meters per minute.
  • Bridge type gantry assembly with cast structural beams that include finish machined, "Y" and "Z" axis linear recirculating ball slideways. Precision rack (Y) and recirculating ball screw (Z). Motion driven by Brushless motors with a rapid-traverse rate of 50 meters per minute in Y and 30 meters per minute in Z.
  • This system provides for the transversal adjustment (Y) of the moving beam using the CNC control system.
  • Mist coolant system utilizing "micro-drop" technology.
  • Electric-spindle which is equipped with an automatic tool change system with an electric cooling fan.

Стандартная комплектация

  • Console with LCD monitor, keyboard and mouse.
  • Linear slideways with recirculating balls: thanks to these slide-ways, machine’s components can smoothly slide along the machining axis. The ability to withstand mechanical stress while simultaneously maintaining a low coefficient of friction and a high sliding capacity enables these linear slide-ways to improve the performance of the machining centre.
  • Suction system.
  • Revolver type tool store on board: can hold 8 tools and is equipped with a removable cover that protects against chips and dust formed during machining. This head-mounted tool magazine can easily be accessed, thus reducing tool change time.
  • Sliding rollers: rollers mounted under the machining table ease the movement, allowing the simple loading/unloading of panels and the removal of chips.
  • Panel clamping system: it is composed of a fix beam that serves as a y = 0 reference for the machining area and of a moving beam that can slide so as to adapt to the panel size; on this last beam pneumatic pistons are installed that perform the clamping operation.
  • Panel drive suction cup: a suction cup installed on the carriage lifts the panel from the loading roller table (optional) and positions it in the machining area; at the end of the machining process this workpiece is pulled, together with chips, on the unloading roller table (optional).

  • Laser positioning device: when different profiles are placed on the machine without being properly positioned, the laser reader locates and determines the various zero execution points.
  • Panel's laser sensor to determine the exact dimension of the panel to be machined.

  • Clamps for profiles: profiles can be machined with the clamping system to be fixed on the machine. Clamping unit at the end of the machine.

  • Drilling/tapping unit: this system is made up of two units and can be used to drill threaded holes in the lower side of the panel: The first unit drills the hole using a special tool (flow drill) that induces a plastic deformation of the plate and creates lips that are bent inwards; the second unit performs the tapping operation.
  • Conveyor belt for chips removal.
  • 3D Probe: contact probe that is used to accurately inspect the workpieces with complex geometric forms. This device improves the productivity thanks to the fast and accurate measurement of the components.
  • Remote controlled electronic wheel: operator friendly control workstation with manual pulse generator for remote control of spindle and other machine functions.
  • Supplementary coolant fluid tank - 30 l capacity.
