CNC punching press for large-scale productions. Ideal for companies seeking punching machines of the highest technological and performance levels. The reduced dimensions of the vertical turret in the working area allows the machining of corrugated sheets or sheets with thicknesses up to 4/6 mm.

Servo-electric punching unit
The punching unit is powered by a brushless servo-electric FANUC motor managed by CNC.

Vertical Turret tool change system
The Vertical Turret differs from other automatic tool change technologies. Patented worldwide, it has 15 stations with auto-index technology, enabling the rotation of all tools from 0° to 360°. Vertical Turret comes with a customizable configuration and a Speedy Setup system that lets the operator equip every single station in 12 seconds. Single tool change takes place in 3 seconds, tool change within multi-tools takes place in 0,5 seconds.
Full auto-index
The auto-index system is fully integrated inside the punching unit and managed by the CNC, allowing the orientation of any type of tool—single or multi-tool—from 0° to 360° with a minimal programmable step of 0.01°. Auto-index benefits include:

Customizable tool configuration
The TP Zeta turret punching press has 15 tool stations and can be equipped with up to 150 TRUMPF-style tools. You can choose one of the proposed configurations or customize each station with standard, special or multi-tools. Here are the Technology Italiana tool configurations:
- Basic: 15 auto-index tools.
- Medium: 19 auto-index tools.
- Top: 28 auto-index tools.
“C” frame
The "C" frame makes the machine accessible on three sides, allowing both front and side loading. It also enables the use of non-standard sheet metal sizes thanks to the repositioning and overturning capabilities. The monolithic electro-welded structure was subjected to a normalization heat treatment, spreading all the structure tensions generated by welding. TECHNOLOGY frames are built in Italy with certified Italian materials.
Automatic repositioning
The punch press can process extra-large sheet formats by repositioning the sheets along the X-axis with the machine head. The number of repositions is potentially infinite in both positive and negative directions.

- TA Compact. Compact sheet metal loading and unloading from the front of the punch press. Automates the loading/unloading cycle of single or micro-spliced pieces without the use of programming.
- TA Plus. Automatic sheet metal loading, unloading and sorting. Can be programmed in an easy and intuitive way to stack finished pieces on pallets and move on to the next processing phase.
Other TP Zeta features
- X-Y axes moving system implemented through two distinct technologies: X-axis with rack and pinion and Y-axis with ball screw guarantee the maximum sheet stability and processing precision.
- The axes have the possibility to position themselves in negative up to -40 mm. This allows to make notches that are smaller than the punch geometry, avoiding the replacement of the punch.
- Two sheet metal support table options: with metal balls or brushes.
